Where it all started. Built the organization's CRM infrastructure from the ground up and first learned Marketo in 2011, the beginning of 15+ years with the platform. Matched the organization's technological capabilities to its data and information needs, and led the transition from a limited CRM to a Salesforce-driven system.

Our house runs on a small zoo of pets: two corgis (Cheddar and Mac-n-Cheese), two cats (Jeff and Lester), and a rescue Saint Bernard named Olive who decided the whole house was hers on day one. She was right.
When I'm not knee-deep in a Marketo instance, I'm usually planning the next trip. I believe you learn more about a place from its food than from any guidebook, so every trip starts with a food tour: ceviche on the coast of Costa Rica, Christmas market pretzels in Germany, stroopwafels in Amsterdam, street tacos in Mexico. The family graduation cruise through Amsterdam, Scotland, and Iceland was this summer's highlight. Alaska is next up. Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, South Korea, and the Philippines are the bucket list.
