Every role below taught me something the last one couldn't. Here's the path from a nonprofit CRM in 2011 to fractional Marketing Ops today.
Aligned Marketing, Sales, and IT systems for global revenue growth and regulatory compliance across multi-region Marketo programs.
Re-architected Marketo programs and lead scoring, launched a Marketing Center of Excellence, built executive QBR dashboards.
Led and mentored a team of five while re-architecting core Marketo infrastructure.
Overhauled database health and drove MQL growth through cross-functional campaign execution.
Revamped the MQL-to-sales handoff and launched personalized automated outreach.
Led the Navicure/ZirMed merger migration, building the Marketo instance transition plan.
Where it all started: built the CRM infrastructure from the ground up and first logged into Marketo.
Architecture first, direct not difficult, built to outlast me. I fix root causes, tell you what's actually broken, and hand off documentation so the system works without me in the room.
I'm based in Cumming, Georgia with my husband and our daughter Kayla, headed to Georgia Southern for nursing this fall. Our house runs on a small zoo of pets, two corgis, two cats, and a rescue Saint Bernard named Olive who decided the whole house was hers on day one. When I'm not knee-deep in a Marketo instance, I'm planning the next trip, always starting with a food tour.
