How much does an engagement cost?+
It depends entirely on scope. Audits are typically a fixed fee tied to a set timeline. Project-based and fractional work are scoped after the discovery call, once I understand what you actually need. I don't quote a number before I know the problem.
How quickly can you start?+
Usually within a couple of weeks of a signed scope. If something is actively on fire, tell me on the discovery call and we'll talk about what's realistic.
Do you work with platforms other than Marketo?+
My deepest expertise is Marketo and Salesforce, but the underlying skills, data governance, lead lifecycle design, and stack architecture, are platform-agnostic. I've worked with HubSpot environments and other CRMs in past roles.
Can this turn into an ongoing retainer?+
Yes, and it often does. Most engagements start as a scoped audit or rebuild and evolve into an ongoing fractional relationship, monthly hours, quarterly check-ins, or on-call support. We can structure it however makes sense for what you need.
